Privacy Policy

Applied AI Studio operates studio.appliedai.club. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it. We wrote it in plain language because we expect operators, not lawyers, to read it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, an application through the careers page, or a demo request, you give us your name, email address, company name, and a description of your operation. We also record standard, aggregated web analytics (page views, referrers, approximate region) through PostHog. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

How we use it

Contact and application details are used only to respond to you — to reply to your enquiry or evaluate your job application. Applications are emailed to our founder and stored for the duration of the hiring process. Aggregated analytics are used to understand which writing is useful and to improve the site. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use form submissions to train machine-learning models.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you want your details deleted at any time, email [email protected] and we will remove them within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted transport and delivered to monitored mailboxes. Client work happens on client infrastructure; this site never receives production client data.
